Instant Messenger Widget

The chatbox is a useful tool to connect with other users on a forum with instant conversation. The chatbox however doesn't allow for private messaging instantly though. The Inbox is private, but the user you send a message to might not take notice and the dialect back and forth is fairly slow. I suggest that the administrators should add a new "Instant Messaging Widget". A fairly decent one which displays whom is online, away if they are afk for an extended amount of time and such. It would also be nice if it pings every time a message is received. I believe introducing this widget would benefit plenty of forum creators and members. I thank you for your time and hopefully you take this to consideration.
