Need help with an error

Hello, I'm trying to solve an issue over on https://fusionfall7322.forumotion.com over in the admin panel that started just yesterday. The forum in question is one used for rping, but back to the issue at hand. After activating a number of new accounts yesterday, I was in user profiles in the inactive accounts section attempting to change the email of another account created, where I received error code #3M411.

I'm not sure what happened to give me this, but it happened between the activation of the other accounts yesterday and the creation of the new one while trying to change the email a little after 6PM EST. the email selection now autofills when you click off the box and of course the error occurs when changing the email at all. I've attempted to change the email both of firefox and chrome with the same result as well. I'm unsure if I did something while working on the other accounts or a glitch happened on your end to cause this. I would greatly appreciate an answer to this quandary. Thank you for your time.
