Can't log in to my forumotion

Dear Admin,
my forumotion cant view n log in. when click the button login, the below error will be display:
My URL is www.momogunology.forumotion.net

The website cannot display the page HTTP 500

Most likely causes:
The website is under maintenance.
The website has a programming error.

What you can try:
Refresh the page.

Go back to the previous page.

Use that link, it asks for you to enter your admin password & username.

that's just logging in the forum, you need to log into the admin panel using the link sanket gave you.

Well.. This has baffled me, if you cant get into your admin panel to delete templates then i would think this will need a techy.
You are 100% sure you have entered everything correctly?

Do you have any other admin on your forum? Please ask them to sign in & check.

Any all sites just went down for about a minute dunno why it wasn't my internet because other sites worked it was only forumotion sites

i am only one admin in the forum. until now still cant log in. how to solve this problem?

Have you tried logging into your admin panel directly via the utilities?
https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/

There's an option of "log in to your forum" log in there then view and exit ur templates.
