That site is using my copyrighted rank images (which are located at the following URL DIRECT LINK.

In this forum are copyrighted rank images that I own, I gave no permission to use these rank images, they just went ahead with the use of them, which breaches my copyright under section 504 of the DMCA 2006 and section 514 of the DMCA 2006, these images are copyrighted in the USA and protected under this act, the full name is "Digital Millenium Copyright Act 2006". By allowing one of your boards to use such images, you are liable for damages as high as $150,000 US. You are now obliged to remove this forum, due to the fact that I have provided more than enough evidence and links etc.

I will ask one more time, REMOVE THE FORUM!!!!!

If you lock this topic, I will assume that you have no intention of doing what your obliged to do under law, and I will begin legal action.

You do know how busy the support forum is and how Mario is the main character under the spotlight, right?

I feel your pain. I hate copiers, and I'm pretty sure someone will help you get your forum renewed back to copyright placement, and the other forum will be removed. However, you need proof that your forum actually is copyrighted by law of the US.

Its called Intellectual Copyright.

I'm not really able to help you technically as for I'm a support forum daily member, but I do suggest that screenshots of official copyright on your forum is pretty legible for proof. The administration of ForuMotion need both proof on the forum that prohibited against your forum by going against offical copyright law, and your copyright on your forum.

If thats not enough for you, WHAT IS!!!

There is absolutely nothing we can do here on the forums about this. The staff members here are volunteers who have no control over the forums.

You need to report the forum using the Report an Abuse feature, located at the bottom of every forumotion forum. That is the proper procedure.

The ONLY staff member who has any control over the forums is Typlo. Feel free to address this matter to him via PM.

You can also consider contacting the image hosting site that the copywriters are using, with proof that the images are yours. We will also need that same proof.

You might also want to read this, as it also answers questions regarding this type of thing.
