How do i make a skin???

Ok so yes i have read and signed up to here -

but when i try to make a skin i get this....


yes im entering the right info and all and im new to webasites and am eager to learn so...
I am into making signitures etc. so what im doing is making a banner for my forum, all i want to know is how i can get that as my banner??
Also when you go to enter your password there is no form to upload a screenshot so...
can somebody please help me on how to make skins? i can even send you the picture and you can add it on if you like

Just changing a banner isn't enough. You MUST personalize your skin and for this, you MUST make your buttons and MUSTN'T rip off other skins. Use a program like Photoshop or GIMP to make icons (if you can't pay Photoshop's license, choose GIMP and use google to search for written tutorials and video tutorials).

You don't need to send a screenshot, Hitskin automatically creates a screenshot once the skin uploaded. That's the power of PHP language !

As I said above, you must personalize your skin. A skin with only a banner who's personalized isn't a skin I call "personalized"...
