big problem about all Avatar and all Smilies in the forum

all Avatars and all Smilies who i upload it to the server forum is Invisible in the forum
i see Smilies in the forum just like this :sm50: not picture
Although i see the Avatars in Avatar control panel from Administrate user : Profile
and i see all the Smilies in Display > Avatars> Smilies normal but in the forum like this :sm20:

Regarding the smilies, in the admin panel.
The 4th field of smilie should contain the basic text & not the code again.

For the avatars, try clearing cache.
