Help Me Please My Forum has changed to arabic

Help Please !
My forum address is NarutoPersian.forumotion.net .
The time I builded the forum i choosed the language Farsi (Persian) and some parts of the forum were Farsi (Persian) and some of them english .
my Users Had no problems with this but some times ago any part of my forum that was in english changed into Arabic.
Now we cant understand anything .
Please help us and make it again like it was before half Persian half English not Half Persian Half ARABIC :

Go in the admin panel & change the language. See if it works. Also change the language in your profile.

when i do this my full forum change to englush ang this not good again is there a way that i build a farsi language pack from the english i give it to you and you upload it?
