I don't understand.. ~signature question~

Hi, just created a forum here, and I've run into a problem with the signature images that my members are going to want to upload. They're not appearing at all.

I've enabled signatures in my profile under profile > preferences, and I've got "Attach Signature" checked in my posts. I've made a couple posts after updating to test out my own sig, still not showing up. So that's not the problem. I've tried changing forum skins multiple times thinking that the one I had might be faulty, sigs are still not showing up. At this point, I'm completely out of ideas and would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks. ^^

Admin Panel>>User & Groups Tab>>User Options>>Look for Attact Sigs for Member>>For All Member or selected groups or members>>Save

Ok, I'm not sure what you mean by sigs being under "User Options" in Users and Groups. I've got a Users, Groups, and Special Rights panel there on the left of the screen, but there's no sig options there that I can see.
