Group Admin

I was just wondering if I'm able to make another group on my forum and make that group an admin as well?

I did, sounded complicated, scrolled down and saw the coding there. I tried that, and I probably messed it up. What exactly needs to be blue?

Yea, I had two other groups already made. Anyway, I just realized that I can go to their profile in the Admin Panel and make them an admin. Thanks for the advice, though. Much appreciated.
