Changing browser won't solve the problem... only ignore it.

Have you by any chance made your own registration page?
(copy and pasted the source code of the registration page in to your own html page)

Sorry I can confirm this is happening with multiple users (and accounts) on our site as well. Including 1 on Safari with OSX-Lion and 3 separate computers running Firefox of different versions and Chrome.

We have phpBB2 as well

I think it might be a Forumotion wide problem with phpBB2?

Thankfully we've found that clicking 'Post' again will still work, however some members have complained about losing posts with the error.
