Galley upload etc buttons not showing?

do not know if its just my forum, me or whatever. but i tested it a few days ago and uploaded fine. i added categories to the gallery and now no buttons? ive check in the admin panel, gallery is on to upload, pics are there for the gallery, etc etc.. is it just me or others have this problem

Could you please post a screenshot or link to the gallery (make is viable to guest if its not done already)

What browser are you using, have you cleared your cache, is it happening to you or all the users?

there is the attached screenshot. there is no button, which i have the pics uploaded for the buttons. the other forumotion forums i can see the upload button, just not mine. not sure why or why not.and using google chrome which ive used since it was released with never any problems
