Emoticon post box error

Hi! I'm having problems with the emoticon box on the side of posts...

You see when I create a post, the emoticon box looks like the image below (This is the unorganized, unedited version of the emoticons; like, when I first uploaded them, before ordering them and sorting them into categories):

Do I get the organized emoticons starting page that I want:

And then when I click "View more Emoticons" again I get the categories that I want:

So, how do I get the starting page that I want to be the first page to come up, as opposed to the unorganized and unedited page that keeps coming up instead?
