how can i change skin or a theme to a better one..

when i change the gray forum into lighter colors it hasnt happen anything

Have you thought of clearing your 'cache' and re-loading your page?

Every navigator works with what is called a 'cache', a memory of visited sites. when you go on a sight you've already been to, the navigator opens in priority the saved one (the old one), therefore, the modifications could actually be in place, but you just don't see them.

er...i have tried..it wont work but..my staffs said its okay for now...
