Forum content window size reduction

Hi, can anyone tell me if there is a way I can reduce the width of the main forum window, the one that contains the categories and forums? I cant seem to get the forum width to reduce any lower than it is already for some reason. .

The URL is.. http://gaming4grownups.forumotion.co.uk/forum the gaps are after the POST column in the middle window before the third column starts, at my resolution I have about 2 inches of screen spare.
