Im pretty new to being a site admin so please be patient Neithe i or my mods can see the moderation tool enabling us to merge topics etc , the mass mod tools are visible tho , Please how do i correct this ?

Please go to the Administrator Panel in advanced mode > Display > Pictures& Colors > Picture Management Advanced Mode > Icons for Topics
Scroll down a bit..
You"ll find
"Delete this topic :
Lock this topic :
Merge Topics :
Move this topic :
Split this topic :
Basket :
Unlock this topic :"

If there is no picture for them (The url is " https://2img.net/i/fa/empty.gif " ) then add a picture so you can see them [Duh ]

I blocked illiweb thinking it was some spam thingy, now that I unblocked it everything is cool!
