Length of thread title

The thread title on my forum has to be at least 10 letters , Is there any way this can be reduced ?

Go to the admin panel >> display>> strucutre & hierarchy >> then go the the bottom and search :

"Title length of the last topic on index : JUST ENTER YOUR VALUE

Thanks , i have done that and its still the same , When a member starts a new thread it still says title has to be 10 letters or more

Hi, it should actually be located at:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. General Tab
3. Configuration (on the left, under Messages and e-mails)
4. 'Topics title length' option
