How can I allow members to see all links? because this is what I get

Only admins are allowed to see this link

Hi!

Go to Administration Panel => General => Forum => Categories and forums => Action => Perms => Forum Permissions Control => Presets :
See images in the messages : Select what you want
See links in the messages : Select what you want

Save!
