Hi,
How do you install a CSS theme on your forum?
I'm trying to find out where i click in the Admin Pannel to find it.

If i have to, im willing to change to Phpbb3, Invision, or PunBB.

Hi,

You don't have to change versions for that. Your CSS is found in AP > Display > Colors > CSS
You can install themes directly from Hitskin too http://en.hitskin.com/

I also want to know what the limit is
because when i pasted my css in it said it was too long.
Is their like anyway to bypass it or shorten my code?

I shortened it and it barely shortened it and i tried it again but its still too big.
