Click a link so users can register?

Hi I was wondering if it was possible so when guests click this link on my site that it can go to the register url instead of just the main site?
Here's the screenshot of what I mean:



When people click that link, I want it to go to the registration part, not the main site.

I cant understands what it is and how it got there from the screen shot alone?

But whatever the case it looks as if it would have to be changed in the template, you just do a text linking in html format.. But i need to be sure where it is.

Here are the screenshots. They're located in the admin panel. Has nothing to with the CSS Stylesheet I believe.

1. Do I have to put in the link in anywhere?
2. Do I put that code into the CSS Stylesheet, or into the box that says "widget source"?

Oh wait. When I activate it, it works, but my entire skin is screwed up.

It says something about changing the skin, and all backgrounds were set back to normal.
