You can also use your forum address instead of e-mail, but I'm afraid you will need the password.

Hmm... I'm having exactly the same problem, but I've used the username and password to access the administation panel and I know I typed correctly. What's going on?

EDIT: It was my mistake. I was entering the username instead of my email address. If you can't remember which email address you've set your account up with, look for your username in the search in the administration panel. It should get back to you with your account details. I've had to do this for a member with multiple email addresses.
