How to add seperate forum icons?

To put it simply, I want to know how to add a seperate forum icon for each forum.
e.g http://www.animeforum.com/forum.php

I've been wondering for a while now.

Yes, like the forum as shown in the link above.
Not a icon on the forum description, but where the 'No New Posts', 'New Posts' and 'Locked' icons go, next to each forum.

if nope just goto ACP --> Display --> Pics Management --> Simple mod
then just click your categories and forums icons (new post, lock, no new post) then hide it

ACP>>GENERAL>>GATEGORIES & Forums>> click on a forums, then add an image were it says "IMG URL"

Like the link has a different icon on each forum instead of being limited to just 'No New Posts', 'New Posts' and 'Locked'.

Thats a VBulletin board. Im not sure if its possible.

To be honest i think it isn't but there can be a way maybe in the CSS OR JAVA.
But im not really good at coding Java, and some what good at CSS so I'm not going to give it a try.

so just make forums of your choice, then name it &nb*sp;  (remove the *)
and make the sub forum for each forum where u call it forum

example
