Hey, can anyone do 16x16 forum icon for me.

Icon should be with colors:
black and blue or:
blue, black and white (in this order)
Letters: est FRM or Est

Here is one example from another forum:

do you want the text to be black??

the top color blue??

and the bottom part white??

Yes it can be like that, do something and then show me.
