can i edit the source of the page?

i'm about to ping up my page but i need to put a code in the page source cos this is recommended. is there any chance to put it there? there's other way to make it too but i don't understand. can you explain this to me?

Do you want to create a widget/blog where you'll then enter the code or do you want to add it to the forum code? Because that's something different.

EDIT: i added it as a widget and i made a javascript code for this and i put it on my forum. you think it's gonna work now?
