Can't post In the Forum Promotion

Hello,

I tried creating a new topic, but get the message of "sorry, only administrators are allowed to post In this section", yet there's member's topics as recent as a few days ago.

Any help Is appreciated,

First off, you need to read those rules (as mentioned by Empire_1) by clicking here

Secondly, you will need to propose it (Just like when you submit gallery images) by click here!
