Username Colour Empty Username Colour

How can I change the colour of regular users, usernames?
My Forum has a dark themed background, but their names are dark grey so it's near impossible to see the names.
Anyway I can fix this? As I don't just want Admin and Mod names being seen.

I think you can do this with;
AP > Display > Pictures and Colours > Link colours and stuff.

You could try to make a new group, and make them auto-subscribe as they register. The group would color the usernames :3
