Disable that Admins can activate accounts

Do you want to Disable that Admins can activate accounts, becasue, now, if for exapmle admin finds some email adress he can register that persion by himself Sad

It's stupid

no no and no if you don't want to activate accounts well then don't activate it!

if this feature is put in I would probobly switch host(again) as most of the e-mails take a while to recive and sometimes it cannot be recived at all.

im glad that i have that option for my site. how else can we control things? this way you can see who is joining and if you don't want them too, then you can just delete them right away.
