Changing domain name for my forum?

I just received the following message from forumotion:
*****My question: I would like to change the domain name to matt633.com or .net whichever is available, rather than the name that is there now. Is this possible? Who to contact to make sure, I would rather this happen now, than wait the 55 days.

Contact an administrator to help you with that, as that is automated and will automatically reset and keep your original domain. And congratulations on getting a free year added onto your forum.

You cannot change the domain as yet, without deleting it, which you can do, via this post: https://help.forumotion.com/t105014-remove-transfer-a-personalized-domain-name#684918
After it's removal, you can use the free domain to purchase anything you wish, but without paying for it
The removal process can take up to 3 business days, but it is the only option.
Congratulations on the free domain

Thanks for the congrats! Its been a long year...
If I delete the forum... then I the members will have to re-register?
Is there a way to just create another, and import the members?

Unfortunately there's no way to import member's posts and other more data as we don't have access to our database.
