Solved Hi, I Was Wondering If Someone Could Make a Skin For My Forum

I currently have this color for my forum layout/categories

However, I would like it to be red, and have the same "fade" affect as the blue in the gyazo image above.

So basically the same skin/layout of my forum (above) but red with a "fade" affect.
Could someone please do this for me?

Also, If you need something, like from/for a CSS Stylesheet from me, I have no idea how to do that.
