Please change the title of your topic, that is related to your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their question/issue using the search engine.

The thing you've highlighted in the image is the 'homepage message'. You can find it at:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. Display Tab
3. Generalities (on the left, under Homepage)

For the second question, to get colours to appear in rank titles you need to use HTML:

Replace 'colour' with a colour of your choice and 'Rank title' with a rank title of your choice.
