When the time comes to register...
I tried to make a test account on my forum to see if it worked. However, when i clicked 'register', it said "Administrators banned regestratipm of new members" or something like that, but i have never done anything of the sort on the admin panel. Help?

Even after I did the stuff in there, it still says the same thing

When i did it, it said
Allow new members: yes(check) no
But it said no new members.
