An advertisement on my forum?

What is this ad? Can anyone explain to me. Why is there and how to remove it ..I dont want to see this ad.

You can only purchase the removal of adds:
Admin panel >> Mics >> Obtain(purchase, if necessary) or Spend credits on adds

Are you saying we can EXPECT to get this type of advertising then? Thus far I have been very happy with the ads you are posting to my site.

Adsense works with a keywords system.
The ads are placed depending on the content of the forum. They can also be chose depending on the websites that the user have visited previously.
