Solved Help?

Well, I started up a forum and somewhere I found this section that puts your forum into a certain status? I guess. Well there was an "active" status and an "in construction" and some other status. Well I put my forum into the "in construction" status but now I don't think anyone can register because of it. Does anyone know where I can find this section in the administrative panel so I can change it back? Thank you ^^

AP -> General -> Configuration -> Forum in Construction
