Theme Exporting

This is just a quick question before I sign off for today : Is the skin export tool still broken? I know it was broken about 3 years ago, but I figured it'd be fixed or removed by now.

Unfortunately, this issue still hasn't been resolved

Well that sucks. I found this tool really useful back when it worked. Hope it gets fixed sooner rather than later...
