cannot find editing icons above the dialog box Empty cannot find editing icons above the dialog box

Hope that there's somebody here can help me.
All icons that used to be above the dialog box of my forum are gone. This problem has been there for months. Posters coming to my forum (including me myself) cannot edit the messages in the dialog box becasue there's no icons to use.

Are you sure you checked in the picture manager and see if the images are assigned there?
