How to Hide and unhide toolbar?

Dear all,

I got this toolbar script @ https://help.forumotion.com/t59349-awesome-toolbar-for-your-forum.

Is there anyway to modify it to able to hide and unhide like images shown below??

The script i am using from the one i provided above, doesn't come with hide and unhide.
