Well ur referring to my site wich is PunBB, and you have PHPBB3, which means you cant edit templates to get The Top Posters i have, let alone get the regular top poster widget HTML. i suggest you switch board versions if you want to edit the templates, cause only PunBB and PhpBB2 can.
