Can anyone helps me how to code this in CSS ?

Sorry, but I do not understand what is your problem...

EDIT; Not completely sure, however I'll shoot:

You can adjust those in your normal ACP, go to:

1. ACP.
2. Advanced mode.
3. Display tab.
4. Pics Management.

If you want other icons for your category/forum, go to internet, or create one (u can also request in the graphics design section), upload it then copy the link in the proper place. The picture URL.

well what do you want to do, you have not explained much.
If you want to remove things that he owns and add your own, or do your own customizations that is not using anything he used or created then you can do that.

You need to explain exactly what it is you want to do, unless you are taking his designs and or media and using then somewhere else as your own, you can do whatever you want with the forum as far as customization.. so i don't see why he even needs to be contacted?

But go ahead and do that since it was suggested.
