My forum will not delete Empty My forum will not delete

Ok so I have tried to delete my forum many times, and yet it will not let me. I get the email and all, and I do as it says and still the site is up. I really need help, because I do not want this forum anymore. So there another way to delete the forum or someone that can do it for me by chance? Thanks for all your help! And no rush, I understand real life comes first!
