Auto background resize for different resolutions

Hi guys.

Is it possible to make so, that no matter what resolution user use, the forum backround and layout will be fixed ?

I am working on 1920x1080 and for me forum looks cool, but some of my users are having trouble with experiencing same visual effects as I do.

I am using background image with a size of 1920x1080. Can I do something about it so every user will see it in same way? so there will be some kind of auto resize background?
