So you're trying to change the address of your website? You can do so by going to:

ACP > Advanced mode > General tab > Forum Address.

Also, I'm pretty sure it's not permitted, considering it will be risky.

what is that supposed to mean? all i want is some one to make for me a forum cuz every time i try to make one a WEIRD LANGUAGE SHOW UP! cuz i am in Egypt

No we can't create the forum for you.
If you're creating the forum from Egypt, so it should be your language.

If it's not, you can still change the language after the creation.

You could of asked here, man. that's easy.

Go to your profile (NOT IN ACP), go to the second tab (should be Preferences in English), and choose the language there then hit save.

There's one more way, which is to go to your ACP > Advanced mode > General tab > Forum box > Configuration > change the language there > save.
