Solved Moderator has: No post code specified"

I have a moderator who when he tries to post has the following message come up. What does it mean and how can he correct it?

No post code specified"

Well, must be a temporary problem. Ask the user to clear his cache/cookies.

I presume you mean "no post mode specified". IN which case, have you made your own mod tools or links? Its likely you missed out vital parts of the form or query string.
