How to remove space between Navbar and Forum

Hello,

I searched for this problem but i could not find an answer, here it is:

1. I would like to remove the space between Navbar and the forum frame, because i will iframe the forum and embed it into one of my websites [1]
2. And i would like to remove the text after the space between the navbar and frame [2]

I don't think you can do that bugatty as I believe that space is used for advertising. However I may be wrong and someone may know better.

I went on your forum and there is an advert in that position.
