login on behalf of a user

Can , as adminstrator, login on behalf of a user or see his password and do it ?

Hi, as an admin you can only log into someone else's account if you change the password of the account in the admin panel. There is no possible way for you to see their current password.

Thanks, this is very bad news for me, basically I don't want to view user's password or messages, I just want to be able to sign them to "watch forum". maybe there is a way to sign to "watch forum" users so they get notified automatically for any new message ?
