Solved Page load timer

i just want to ask what is the codes for page load timer just like what THIS forum have. look at the loading page.

Thanks for the response sanket. but i want to know the timer "you will be redirected after 7:00" and it is counting down and after that you will be redirected to your index forum.

For 7 minutes, convert it to seconds which is 7 x 60 = 420 seconds. So in the code add 420 instead of 4.

I don't know from where you got that code for the body.

This is the code in the tutorial.
