Admin-Only Links

I honestly have no idea where to post this, so I'm doing it here. Forgive me if this is the incorrect place.

I recently finished my site, which I was way excited about. I have a couple of members, two of which are admins, six are not. Those six are stating that links and whatnot are showing up as "Admin-Only Links". I personally have two characters on said site, both are admins, so I can't see it. I've been searching in the admin panel for almost an hour now, and simply cannot find an option to enable links for everyone to see.

Help?

Whenever creating a forum, on the permissions they give you an option of:
See images in the messages :
See links in the messages :

so you'll have to change every forum's permission and set it as "Members"

ACP >> General >> Categories & Forums >> every single forum created.
