Mod-Recent Topics Problem

Here it is
well what i wanna do to this is delete the middle row and move the right side over just making 2 collumns history and writen by ive tried so many ways to do this and then delete the username parts picture under writen by can some one please help

Please put up a screen shot of what you'll want it too look like since it's a bit confusing and please provide your forum link.

Would the OP still like help with this or not? If so please follow Frances Kaizer suggestions. A screen shot is simple. As I can tell you are editing the template itself. Which I've done plenty of times, and I'm sure some other users have as well. Thanks and we will be waiting to hear from you.
