And yes, you can modify it via pictures, coding or anything you like so as long as you know how to and if you've got coding problems, FM's your home to ask for it

If you mean install your own modules or other things that would have to be uploaded to your forum then no.
However, it depends if it is some scripts or coding you can always host them in your java script pages etc... depending what your trying to do or add.
