What the hell is that?! Jump up a window, if I open the forum

Hi!

I have a serious problem... The advertisement causes problems on the top of the forum. (under the header). I (and all members!!! ) open the forum, immediately jump up a window, what it advertising the IPhone... I don't know to do with this, but it is very-very-very annoying.

Something tipp? What am I doing?
