Adding a certain reputation system

I wanted to ask a question. Is there a way to add the same reputation system as what you'd get on the VerticalSports forums? Notably http://www.wrestlingforum.com/

It's hard to explain, but the reputation stars at one bar. Based on your posts, people either give you a red rep or a green rep and it adds to your reputation score. Does anyone know how to implement this, if it's possible, to a forumotion forum?
