Solved Forum title and description sticking to their icons (Phpbb3)

Post by Lioth on April 10th 2013, 3:10 am

Hey again. Hello
Please tell me, how do I fix this? Give me a code please?
I basically want to separate them both because they're too close.

Here's a screenshot:

Try to add this in your CSS;
Code:
ul.topiclist dd.dterm {
padding-left: 20px !important;
}

Wait. There's still something wrong. Please don't consider this solved yet.
Topic icons are scrunched.

Well. It's because of the big image for the Global Announcement.
We can fix if you'll change it at ACP > Display > Pictures and Colors > Pics Management > Icons for topics: Global Announcement

You mean this can't be edited at all? This doesn't occur in Phpbb2 you know. Well, that makes a little sense. But why are there black lines that thrust in the center of the icons?
EDIT: Your first code worked E-Mark so I'm going to use it. But replacing the big icon pictures of the Global announcement didn't work. Also, and if it did, maybe we I wouldn't do that because I still want those big pictures for the Global announcement icons. Besides, if the reason was that the icon for Global announcement was too big, then why are they still crunched?

Result of submitting your first code:

Result of submitting your last code:

Hello!

After changing the images, try this now: (Use this one instead of the last code i gave you)
Code:
ul.topiclist li.row dl {
padding: 2px 15px;
}

To remove the black line, add this one:
Code:
ul.topics dd.dterm {
border-left: none !important;
}

If the black line still showing, then use this one instead of the code above:
Code:
ul.topics dd.dterm, ul.topics dt {
border-left: none !important;
}

The codes don't work E-Mark. The first code (first post you made in this thread) works but doesn't work on the forum topics. Those three codes don't work too..
